The morning Vitality yoga sessions…
We love them. They get us going first thing in the morning. As older practitioners, we love the focus on stretching, and your personal skill of coaching us to hold the stretches just long enough for the muscles to release is the pièce de résistance. The fact that the class is only one hour long and we are finished by 8:00am, means they don’t take up a big chunk of the morning, and we are left feeling awake and energized! This class meets our needs perfectly. The fact that we were reluctant to try them out for such a long time makes us laugh now. Thank you so much!

Tractions + Openings
Special sequences for flexibility, strength and endurance that realign the body and wake up stiff, weak and sore areas intelligently. Rebalance the natural harmony of the body, creating ease and vitality. This innovative practice is designed to bring significant progress in a short period of time. Open to all levels.
Flow
Flow is a lively class that turns movement into mindful action through creative and varied sequences including sun salutations, standing, core and balance, seated forward bends, twisting and back bends. Finish the practice with a supported cool down. Open to all levels.
Strength + Core
Power up your practice. Promote muscular strength, core stability and healthy abdominal organs. Vibrant practice working skillfully. Open to all levels.
Yoga FYT (active / stretch)
The perfect pairing of a yoga workout- creative strength building and dynamic movement followed by stretching and opening the body through long, feel-good holds. Open to all levels.
Short, Sweet + Sweaty
Boost your practice with this 45 minute dynamic yoga workout. Sweat, sculpt, and strengthen each muscle group. Elevate your cardiovascular endurance, build up your strength and fire up your core. Open to all levels.

Level 1
Foundational practice for beginners and for those who would like to work on the basics in an approachable, accessible way.
Beginners + Beyond
A class for new students who would like to develop a solid base and experienced students who would like to strengthen their foundation.
Level 1-2
A mixed level class for new students who are ready to dive in and experienced students to work on the basics with opportunities to go further.
Silver Yoga (60+)
Age gracefully! Learn how accessible yoga practice can support a healthy body and mind as we age, boosting overall vitality, strength, mobility, and balance. Build emotional and cognitive well-being. Promote healthy joints and a healthy immune system, reduce inflammation and improve your respiratory system and circulation.
Yoga for Healthy Aging
For mature, active adults who want to work on foundation and alignment for balance, flexibility and strength. Build stamina and support your joints through slow movement. An energizing practice to help you age gracefully and deal with common health issues and stress. Open to all levels.
Chill Classes
Aloha (mid-day refresh)
Experience lightness, flexibility and balance. A fresh practice with openings and fluid movement to energize and rejuvenate you. Open to all levels.
Stretch + Breathe
Extended holds with deeper work to lengthen your muscles, unlock your joints and stimulate circulation throughout the body. Calm your nervous system with meditative breathwork to move you into a peaceful state of relaxation. Open to all levels.

An all-access class with variations for practitioners to work at their level and go deeper.
All Levels + Ropes
An all-access class with variations for practitioners to work at their level and go deeper. This class includes rope wall poses that can create an engaging and stimulating aspect to your practice and offer spinal extension, decompression, support and stability. Taking this class at home and don't have a rope wall? No problem. Variations will be given to access a similar effect in your practice.
Classes for Students with Experience
Level 3-4 (Intermediate)
A 2-hour practice and laboratory for depth, finesse and refinements. Access more advanced postures (inversions, balancings, intermediate forward bends and backbends) and various pranayamic (breathwork) practices. For experienced students.
Prenatal and Parent + Baby
Prenatal Yoga
During pregnancy, movement is essential for both physical and mental well-being. Experience a safe and supportive practice to keep your body and mind at ease. Each movement is carefully guided to nurture resilience and balance, helping you connect with your body and baby throughout pregnancy.
This class focuses on strengthening the uterus, improving circulation, and supporting mobility to help prepare for a smoother labor and delivery. As your body undergoes major transformations, you may experience back pain, indigestion, water retention, constipation, fatigue, dizziness, and other discomforts. Thoughtfully designed sequences and the support of props help alleviate these challenges and promote relaxation.
Parent + Baby Yoga
Gently restore strength and balance and reconnect with your body while bonding with your baby. This class focuses on rebuilding core stability, supporting the skeletal structure and realigning the body after birth. Through mindful movement we help tone pelvic floor muscles, improve circulation, and support postpartum recovery.
Using props, we create a nurturing space for both you and your baby. Regular practice can enhance continence, regulate menstruation, and promote overall well-being—while also reducing stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Open to all postpartum parents, with or without baby in tow.
*Join once your healthcare provider approves regular activities. Dads are welcome! Open to babies 6 weeks and over and not yet crawling.
Self-Led Practice
Open Practice (Self-Led)
Go further with a self-led practice, in community. You will have full access to yoga wall ropes and all other props. A CIY teacher will be present.
Reading Group
Virtual Chai Lounge
An extension of our in studio, post-practice ritual of sharing a cup of chai and conversation. We invite friends and newcomers to join us for this complimentary informal virtual reading group where we’ll read and discuss from BKS Iyengar's book series, Astadala Yogamala Volume 1. No book?
